Sometimes it looks to me that people doesn't know how up/downvotes work. Hes alive and unhappy about being cooped up in a crystal. You were the only one actually bothering to use your words to answer my question, instead of downvoting and therefore hiding my question from others to answer. Diablo IV’s first season arrives on July 20, and with it a new era for Blizzard’s latest ARPG.Each new season will demand a brand new character, with tons of new challenges and enemies. I’m not able to break free of the pulverize. I’m missing a slough of other uniques with the exact same drop chance as Prayers. I have received 12 hunters zeniths, 8 prayers, 2 Insatiable Fury’s, 4 Razorplates, 6 Butchers cleavers and a sword for a Barb. I have a look at them, and then salvage all. I’m pretty sure Druid loot tables are still very broken. I'm lvl53 and got full leg, 3 sacred, but i still check pick up yellow items. I've found yellows now, that are better than the uniques i've got. What was amazing with Diablo 1, and especially 2, was that blue and yellow items, could be really good. ive deleted all info & pics on this page because its no longer relevant with my recent changes & would be misleadingthere will be an update at some point in. When full, i tp to Kyo, salvage all, stash elites for later and go back.ĭo you mean a loot filter to show/hide non-uniques on the ground? I pick up almost everything, maybe skip some blues if i'm almost full. I'm old and ironically, got all the time in the world. Since you can't find items that are useful to someone else, the pool of loot that you're drawing from is a small fraction of the game's total items and that's why we get the same items over and over again.Last updated at 14:00:17 UTC Weekly Help Desk RAGE Loot Thread Trade ThreadĪh, you're no picking up everything? The combination of these things means that D2's item hunting endgame that kept people engaged for over 20 years is never going to be possible in D4. In D2 you would trade away all your unwanted uniques or toss them to other players, but in D4 you must find all your own gear. A tiny fraction of rare items that drop are for other classes, and I don't think they can spawn +skills for those other classes. If someone comes in and does a Meph run while youre in act 2, guess what, you cant complete Meph that game. The game uses smart loot, so we can't find items that would be useful to someone else or to an alt character. You could argue that most players in D2 used the same cookie-cutter builds for most of their characters, but the same is going to be true in D3, just with even less variation. Thanks for pointing this out, I hadnt done World tier 4 Nightmares when i made this. Instead every level 60 Wizard will have the precise same base stats, and then you have some 20-30 skills, each with runes to vary what you do. So 1-20 are correct but 21-100 are 1 off. I just hit 50 and got very lucky finding an amazing unique for my build, but it's bittersweet because I know I'm going to out-level it and throw it in the bin later. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I believe the formula is dungeon tier + 50 + world tier monster level. That's not how uniques are supposed to work, they're meant to be reliable pieces of gear with set stats. The itemisation uses level scaling, so you can find a level 50 version of a unique and then a better level 70 version later with better stats. There's a few factors that kill D2 style item hunting in D4: From character builds and skills to lore and theories, we have it all covered.
